Proposed Construction of a 4-Classroom Block (1 Ground Floor & 3 Upper Floor Classrooms) and a Toilet Block at Magogoni Primary School – NG-CDF Kisauni

Developing of Magogoni Primary SchoolThe project entails the construction of a four-classroom block comprising one classroom on the ground floor and three classrooms on the upper floor, together with a toilet block at Magogoni Primary School under NG-CDF Kisauni.

The scope of works includes:

• Substructure and superstructure works including excavation, foundation, reinforced concrete framework, walls, and roofing
• Construction of the upper floor slab and staircase to access the first floor classrooms
• Internal and external finishes such as plastering, screeding, painting, and ceiling works
• Installation of doors, windows, and fittings for classrooms and sanitation facilities
• Construction of a toilet block with proper plumbing, drainage, and sanitation systems
• Provision of safe, durable, and functional learning and sanitation facilities in compliance with building standards

The project aims to enhance learning capacity and improve sanitation infrastructure, providing a conducive, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils and staff while supporting the continued development of educational facilities in the Magogoni area.
