CONSTRUCTION OF 3 CLASSROOMS, GROUND FLOOR  SINGLE STOREY BUILDING WITH SLAB & STAIRCASE

The project involves the construction and completion of three classrooms on the ground floor of a single-storey building at St. Augustine Preparatory School. The scope includes:

• Construction of the ground floor classrooms with reinforced concrete walls, flooring, and roofing.
• Provision of a reinforced concrete slab designed to support a future first floor.
• Construction of a staircase to provide access to the planned first floor.
• Finishing works including plastering, painting, and installation of doors and windows.
• Compliance with safety and building standards to ensure a durable and functional learning environment.

The project aims to expand the school’s capacity, provide modern and safe learning spaces, and allow for future vertical expansion with the first floor.
